Head of Product Design Fintech

An amazing opportunity has arisen with one of the UK's fastest growing fin tech businesses. They are looking for a Head of Product Design to lead the Product Design disciplinedriving best practice in design thinking and product design to achieve great customeroutcomes. Partnered with the Head of Service Design - together forming the wider Experience Design team - this role is a great opportunity for an influential design leader who is motivated to create exceptional experiences for customers and team experiencewithin the business.
Day to Day
- Overall management of UX and UI Design team priorities, work flows and tribe relationships, ensuring work is delivered in alignment to project plans and to exacting standards.
- Foster a culture of holistic thinking and collaboration within the wider experience design team and across product tribes
About you:
- You take a holistic approach to the design process, bringing a broad perspective to any challenges you face
- Collaborative and consultative, comfortable advocating for design and its outputs with a broader group of stakeholders across the business
- You have a passion for design ethics, inclusivity and accessibility
