Contract Director - SurreyRead on to find out what you will need to succeed in this position, including skills, qualifications, and experience.We are looking for experienced and commercially‑minded Contract Directors to collaborate with our NHS teams, managing the full Soft Facilities Management (FM) service.This is a pivotal role, responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of all soft FM services, including cleaning, catering, portering, and retail operations, while driving financial performance and enhancing customer satisfaction.This role involves strategic planning, contract negotiation, compliance monitoring and team leadership, fostering a high‑performance culture, to ensure that our contracts are managed efficiently and effectively.
