Contract Director - SurreyScroll down to find an indepth overview of this job, and what is expected of candidates Make an application by clicking on the Apply button.We are looking for experienced and commercially‑minded Contract Directors to manage a full Soft Facilities Management (FM) service.This is a pivotal role, responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of all soft FM services, including cleaning, catering, and other services, while driving financial performance and enhancing customer satisfaction.This role involves strategic planning, contract negotiation, compliance monitoring and team leadership, fostering a high‑performance culture, to ensure that our contracts are managed efficiently and effectively.
