This is a highly influential role, perfect for someone who thrives in global collaboration, can navigate complex systems and is passionate about child rights and sustainable care reform.ResponsibilitiesDrive the expansion of Lumos’ partnership portfolio aligned with our 10‑Year Ambition.Build and nurture strategic relationships with governments, donors, NGOs and global child‑rights actors.Guide co‑created programme design, implementation and evaluation across multiple regions.Strengthen Lumos’ presence on the global stage, representing us in high‑level forums and alliances.Oversee knowledge‑sharing, learning, and impact measurement to support scaling and replication.Lead and inspire a dynamic team, fostering collaboration, excellence, and innovation.QualificationsExperienced in child protection, care reform or international development (7–10+ years).Skilled in partnership‑building, negotiation and influencing at senior levels.Confident leading multi‑country programmes and cross‑cultural teams.A strategic thinker who turns vision into measurable impact.Passionate about children's rights, driven by collaboration, equity and sustainability. xpwpeyx Other informationThis role must be based in — and have the right to work in — one of Lumos’ programme country locations: UK, Moldova, Ukraine, Colombia or Kenya.#J-18808-Ljbffr
