The team’s overall scope covers multi‑market global campaigns and the UKI specific marketing activity, this role will focus specifically on driving compelling multi‑marketing propositions across relevant local markets. You’ll report to the Head of Global Propositions and UKI Campaigns and be part of a centre of excellence for global to local proposition development.About the roleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is the critical link between the Global Marketing strategy and its effective execution across international markets.You will act as the central programme manager for large‑scale initiatives, including local activation playbooks and key strategic projects. You are responsible for developing playbooks with local nuances in mind and ensuring that markets deliver against them.You will serve as the primary marketing point of contact for your projects, developing strong relationships with our marketing colleagues across a diverse range of local markets, taking time to understand them and their market orientation to ensure local market needs are factored into global planning and proposition development.What you’ll be doingLead the creation, project management and rollout of local activation playbooks across all business verticals.Facilitate multi‑market engagement, including running meetings with international markets to align strategies and gather feedback.Campaign & Project ExecutionOwn the execution of local activation playbooks, leading engagement of internal stakeholders across media, promo and creative teams.Programme manage rollout and handover of local activation playbook across all relevant markets and channels ensuring timely delivery and cross‑functional alignment.Serve as the main point of contact for local activation playbook inquiries on these projects, linking regional teams with appropriate global functional stakeholders.Support the 2x global senior marketing leads with global campaign projects when required.Performance & LearningDevelop measurement frameworks for local markets to help bring more consistent understanding of the impact of the local execution of global campaigns.Conduct Post‑Campaign Analysis (PCA) and seasonal wash‑ups to capture key learnings, evaluate success metrics, and recommend improvements for future Local Activation Playbooks.Lead the collation of performance data and provide strategic recommendations to leadership on the effectiveness of global initiatives.Develop strong relationships with local marketsCritical to this role is developing the ways of working and relationships with the key local market leads.Having empathy and understanding with local market teams, able to listen to and understand nuanced market needs as well as communicating and engaging teams with global initiatives and propositions effectively.Requirements+4 years of demonstrable marketing experience, ideally within a global technology or high‑growth B2C brand, with experience in managing multi‑market campaigns.Strong relationship builder and communicator. Critical for success in this role will be fostering relationships with international markets and enjoying working with a wide network of stakeholders.Proven expertise in leading end‑to‑end programme management within a large‑scale global matrix organisation.A strong track record of success in developing global playbooks or toolkits and coordinating their effective localisation and execution across different regions.Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the confidence and gravitas required to engage and align senior global stakeholders and cross‑functional partners.Strong commercial and analytical acumen; comfortable conducting performance tracking, interpreting multi‑market data, and translating analysis into actionable global strategies effective in both slide and doc presentations.A natural aptitude for turning insights and data into campaigns.Highly proficient in project management and workflow management, with the ability to lead complex projects (e.g., brand identity or culture projects) and manage competing global priorities.Even if you don’t meet all the criteria, we encourage you to apply if you are a passionate, proactive individual with a strong sense of ownership and dedication, coupled with a curiosity for solving complex international business and marketing challenges.Why DeliverooOur mission is to transform the way you shop and eat, bringing the neighbourhood to your door by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops and riders.
