Their dynamic and inclusive team is dedicated to excellence, and they are now seeking a talented Dutch Speaking Talent Acquisition Partner to join their amazing recruitment team.About the RoleAs a Dutch Speaking Associate TA Partner, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and communicating to hiring managers. You will play a critical role in ensuring they attract and retain top talent. This is a hybrid role and you will have to attend their London or Brighton's office 3 days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment life-cycleSource and screen candidates using various platforms and techniquesConduct interviews and assess candidate suitabilityLiaise and communicate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processMaintain and update recruitment databases and reportsWho are youFluency in Dutch (essential) + any additional language skills are welcomeMinimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (any sector, agency or internal)A confident, bubbly, and great communicatorA strong desire to learn and succeedA hard-working team player with the right attitudeA commitment to making a career in recruitmentWhat we offerHybrid working model to support work-life balanceOpportunity to work in a prestigious company within financial servicesSupportive and dynamic team environmentLondon or Brighton's offices with excellent facilitiesIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for recruitment and fluency in French and/or Dutch, we would love to hear from you.
