Their dynamic and inclusive team is dedicated to excellence, and they are now seeking a talented Dutch Speaking Talent Acquisition Partner to join their amazing recruitment team.About the Role:As a Dutch Speaking TA Partner, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and communicating to hiring managers. You will play a critical role in ensuring they attract and retain top talent. This is a hybrid role and you will have to attend their London or Brighton's office 3 days per week.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full recruitment life-cycle- Source and screen candidates using various platforms and techniques- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability- Liaise and communicate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reportsWho are you:- Fluency in Dutch (essential) + Any additional language skills are welcome- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (any sector, agency or internal)- A confident, bubbly, and great communicator- A strong desire to learn and succeed- A hard-working team player with the right attitude- A commitment to making a career in recruitment- Taleo experience(desirable)What we offer:- Hybrid working model to support work-life balance- Opportunity to work in a prestigious company within financial services- Supportive and dynamic team environment- London or Brighton's offices with excellent facilitiesIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for recruitment and fluency in French and/or Dutch, we would love to hear from you.
