As a proud B Corp, we’re committed to making a positive impact on people and the planet, supported by a passionate and friendly team.The Role: General Manager BathBath is one of our newest sites, and we are looking for someone who can help it reach its full potential. You’ll be building a community for the founding members, while signing up new companies, ironing out facilities snags and building a small team. This is our 14th site so there’s a clear playbook to follow, but every site has its own identity and challenges. Initially you’ll be overseeing one site, but there may be opportunities to manage other sites in the region as we expand. We are looking for a confident and engaging relationship builder who is comfortable leading from the front, spinning lots of plates and setting high standards.Key Responsibilities:This is a hands‑on leadership role where no two days are the same. Your key responsibilities will revolve around:Build an exceptional member experience, including delivering an extensive events calendar and building an engaged and vibrant communityEnsure impeccable standards across your site - managing operational requirements such as maintenance and cleaningTroubleshooting facilities issues and ensuring sites are compliant and within budgetMaintaining Occupancy through your sales pipeline, touring prospective members, holding retention conversations with existing members and cultivating relationships both within Runway East and the surrounding ecosystemBuilding relationships with your team, motivating them, training them, setting expectations and creating a service‑first cultureImproving our processes and questioning systems to make them as efficient as possibleWho You AreLeader: Confident in guiding and motivating your team to success.Charismatic: Positive and personable, with a natural ability to build strong relationships.Detail‑Oriented: Notices the small things and takes action to maintain high standards.Resilient: Calm under pressure, proactive, and solutions‑focusedService‑Minded: Thrives on helping others and delivering great experiences.Hardworking: Leads by example and gets stuck in when needed.Commercial: Confident in selling and negotiating, with a sharp eye for improving operations using data, goals, and clear thinking.Experienced: Proven in delivering exceptional service and training teams to do the same.Why Join Us?Salary: £38,000 to £48,000, depending on experienceTime Off: 31 days including bank holidays , plus an extra day for every year at Runway East .
