As a proud B Corp, we’re committed to making a positive impact on people and the planet, supported by a passionate and friendly team.The RoleGeneral Manager Bath is one of our newest sites, and we are looking for someone who can help it reach its full potential. You’ll be building a community for the founding members while signing up new companies, ironing out facilities snags and building a small team. This is our 14th site so there’s a clear playbook to follow, but every site has its own identity and challenges. Initially you’ll be overseeing one site, but there may be opportunities to manage other sites in the region as we expand. We are looking for a confident and engaging relationship builder who is comfortable leading from the front, spinning lots of plates and setting high standards.BenefitsSalary: £38,000 to £48,000, depending on experienceTime Off: 31 days including bank holidays, plus an extra day for every year at Runway East.
