Assistant General Manager at Parks Cafés, Bristol Location: Across 9 park café sites and a golf hut in Bristol Are you passionate about hospitality, bursting with energy, and ready to make a real impact? We're looking for an Assistant General Manager to help lead our vibrant Parks and Cafés across Bristol. Key Responsibilities Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations across multiple sites Deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold Brew Social brand standards Lead and develop a passionate team, managing rotas, recruitment, and training Drive commercial performance through local sales and marketing initiatives Monitor food and labour costs, ensuring efficient and effective resource use Engage with key stakeholders and the local community to build strong relationships Champion new ideas and continuous improvement across all cafés What We're Looking For Experience in catering or hospitality management A people-focused leader with strong communication and organisational skills Financially aware and confident using IT systems NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent, plus Basic Food Hygiene Certificate A self-starter with energy, creativity, and a desire to make a difference Desirable: Experience managing multiple sites and knowledge of food production Why join us?
