Offering a salary of up to £80,000 with a performance-based bonus, this is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, strategic, and systems-oriented professional.Is this your next job Read the full description below to find out, and do not hesitate to make an application.The RoleAs Head of Sales, you will work closely with the Sales Director to:Oversee the performance of the sales and customer success teams, ensuring they meet and exceed objectives.Implement and refine sales processes to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction.Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth across multiple product categories, with a focus on high-volume consumables.Track sales performance, set individual KPIs, and identify training opportunities to enhance team success.Engage directly with key stakeholders across Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs), including senior-level decision-makers, to articulate the company's value proposition and develop the brand within the MAT market.Manage a personal portfolio of clients and prospects, identifying and closing new business opportunities.RequirementsWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will bring:Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced sales environment, with a passion for developing and motivating a sales team.A strong personal sales history, with the ability to win new business and build relationships at senior stakeholder levels.Strategic thinking skills to align sales initiatives with business objectives.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.Experience with frameworks, tenders, and contracts.An organised and structured work approach, with a strong focus on achieving results.The ability to travel as needed for client meetings.BenefitsThe PackageCompetitive salary of up to £80,000, with OTE of £100,000 based on performance.An exciting leadership role within a growing and forward-thinking business. xpwpeyx Opportunities to work on strategic initiatives and shape the direction of the sales function.#J-18808-Ljbffr
