SALARY: £45,000 - £50,000 basic (£70,000 OTE)
The COMPANY
Our client is an innovative and successful plastic recycling company with a history of success throughout Europe. We are proud to be helping them with their ongoing expansion within the UK.
The ROLE
We are now searching for a passionate and ethical New Business Development Manager to build on their ongoing success.
The successful Field Sales Consultant will be required to do the following:
*Identify customers within the plastic conversion industry.
*Offering cost effective solutions to deal with their scrap plastic waste.
*The customers of our client get paid for their waste.
*You are selling a solution whilst developing a relationship.
*This is a home working role with occasional trips to the Head Office.
*Excellent earning potential
The CANDIDATE
You will need to be an experienced and successful salesperson possessing the following skills and attributes:
*Experience of working in the plastics/Recycling industry is not essential.
*Demonstrable b2b field sales success.
*History of winning and nurturing new business.
*Passion for matching and exceeding customer expectations.
*Experience of selling a solution/service.
*An ethical approach to business.
*An inquiring and persistent mind.
