**About our exciting opportunity**

This role is key in supporting the business to deliver leads and sales by engaging with targeted areas and supporting the Community Sales Executives.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your prime focus will be to drive engagement, make sure everyone knows about our brand and deliver sales in the targeted areas in which service is planned to be delivered or already delivered.

You will also take on a mentoring and coaching responsibility within the Field Sales Team to ensure best practice is followed.

**Your skills and experience**
- D2D Field Sales Experience.
- Experience in leading/supporting a small team (up to 7) Field Sales Executives.
- A track record of sales number success in a field-based environment.
- Understand the key differences between FTTP and FTTC broadband.
- Understand key buying signals and be able to close a sale.
- Confident and able communicator
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to plan and manage own time.
