We're a newly launched, fast-growing renewable energy company on a mission to help homeowners and businesses transition to clean, low-carbon solutions. As we set the foundations for long-term growth, we’re looking for a dynamic and driven **Head of Sales** to **build and lead our brand-new sales division**, focused on **solar PV** and **air source heat pumps**.

**About the Role**:
As Head of Sales, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing our sales strategy from the ground up. You’ll recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team while developing partnerships, identifying new markets, and helping shape the customer journey from lead to installation.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone excited by the challenge - and the opportunity - of creating something from scratch in a booming market.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Build and lead the national sales division for solar and air source heat pumps
- Develop and execute B2C and B2B sales strategies
- Identify and capitalise on new sales channels and partnership opportunities
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Monitor KPIs, pipeline, and performance to drive continuous improvement and growth

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally in renewables, HVAC, or home energy
- Strong knowledge of solar PV and air source heat pump systems
- Demonstrated success building or scaling a sales team or division
- Excellent communication, leadership, and commercial skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable building processes and leading in a startup environment
- Passionate about sustainability and the transition to clean energy

Pay: £57,567.00-£100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
