Supercharge your career with us and be part of something extraordinary.Why we need youWe’re on a mission to create extraordinary experiences for our customers, and we believe that your unique skills, passion and superdrive will help us achieve our vision.As the Betway Scores and BW Scores Senior Brand Manager, you’ll be responsible for owning and delivering the strategy, product roadmap and marketing for Betway Scores and BW Scores, in collaboration with the Operations Lead, Social Media Lead and Country Leads – this is a key ‘roll your sleeves up’ hands‑on strategic role which will establish Betway Scores and BW Scores as credible sports scoring apps, to help us widen our sportsbook top‑of‑funnel by bringing more sports fans into our branded ecosystem.What you’ll be doingWorking closely with the R & D team on the prioritised product roadmap based on data/analytics, customer feedback, competition, and stakeholder inputGaining a deep understanding of customer experience to identify and fill gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growthRegular competitor analysis to ensure UX and UI constantly evolves to compete with the market leadersOwning and directing marketing research, strategy and execution, including directing Brand Ambassador/sCollaborating with the Social Media Specialist to deliver engaging social contentWorking with CRM team to roll out retention comms strategyEnsuring that the product and marketing is executed in compliance with market‑relevant regulatory frameworks in collaboration with the Compliance and Legal teamsBudget ManagementActing as a product evangelist to build awareness, understanding, buy‑in and support from country teamsMonthly reporting to key stakeholders to keep them informed of progress of the productThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities.
