This role will offer you the scope for growth and the tools to aim high.The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing, candidate assessment / management and end to end TA process ownership.The Talent Acquisition Partner will be pivotal in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to meet the strategic needs of the organisation. Your role will centre around effective business partnering with internal stakeholders of all levels, and how these synergise with candidate experience, engagement, and assessment.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Utilize innovative sourcing strategies and tools to proactively identify and engage high-potential candidates.Utilize technology to provide data and insights on the candidate market for hiring managersBuild and maintain a talent pipeline, both internally and externally, for critical roles and future needs.Deliver a shortlist for hiring managers to include direct applications, sourced candidates and internal optionsManage the end-to-end candidate experience to ensure a positive and professional process.Conduct thorough screening and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.Provide timely feedback and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Act as a trusted partner, providing insights and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes.Ensure alignment and collaboration between HR, hiring managers, and other relevant stakeholders.Support hiring manager, sharing best practices and providing ongoing support.Lead training sessions and workshops to enhance the recruitment capabilities of the team.Work closely with our people managers to help them understand the market, the process and the options of candidates available.Continuously look for ways assess and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to attract top talent.Ensuring we have data to support our decision making both at briefing and shortlist stage with the hiring manager.Ensure that recruitment data is kept up to date in a timely mannerProduces reports and insights for the business in line with the reporting cycles in place and ad hoc requests.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseSubstantial experience in in house Talent AcquisitionExperience in FMCG Talent Acquisition would be highly advantageous.Proven track record in direct sourcing and full-cycle recruitment.Strong interviewing skills and the ability to assess candidates accurately.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in using recruitment technologies and platforms.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.Influencing experience, with the ability to influence at a senior levelStrategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.BenefitsYearly bonus based on personal contribution and financial performance25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays and the option to buy and sell holidaysOnsite Gym and Wellbeing CentrePerkbox – employee discount scheme with discounts online, in high street stores, cinema, holidays, restaurants and many morePension scheme with your contributions matched for up to 10% of your salaryCycle to work schemeSimplyHealth Cash planOnsite Staff shop and online staff discountsElectric Car Scheme#J-18808-Ljbffr
