Talent Acquisition Advisor – Andover Stannah is a family‑owned manufacturing and engineering company founded in 1867, now operating worldwide with over 2,400 employees. We design and supply lifts, escalators, homelifts and related maintenance services. We are looking for an experienced recruiter with a strong background in engineering, manufacturing or technical recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract based in Andover, Hampshire. The role is key to securing top engineering and technical talent to support our continued growth. Job Description As a Talent Acquisition Advisor you will design and deliver recruitment strategies for engineering and technical roles, build talent pipelines, manage vacancies within our Applicant Tracking System, promote the Stannah employer brand, and partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to provide expert recruitment guidance. Responsibilities Design and deliver targeted recruitment strategies for engineering and technical roles. Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements within engineering and production teams. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for specialist and hard‑to‑fill engineering positions. Use the Applicant Tracking System to manage vacancies, candidate journeys, and feedback. Actively promote Stannah’s employer brand across professional networks, social media, and industry events. Ensure all recruitment activity is compliant, ethical, and aligned with market insights. Qualifications Proven track record in agency or in‑house recruitment, with specific experience in engineering or technical hiring. Strong knowledge of the engineering and manufacturing talent market. Recruitment or Talent Acquisition qualification is advantageous. Ability to manage multiple technical vacancies in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Benefits Market‑aligned salary, paid monthly.
