The Talent Acquisition Partner will work as part of the Talent Team and be responsible for Talent Acquisition for the organisation as they embark on further transformation and improvement plans.

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Responsibilities:

- Responsible for supporting and partnering with the business from a talent perspective
- Managing vacancies across the business
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Accountable for defining the recruitment strategies/plans & initiatives across business areas
- Responsible for continuing to build a strong employer brand, integrating all social media strategies
- Working consultatively with hiring managers advising on various sourcing solutions and partnering to assess and select the best talent for the business.
- Ensuring we are adhering to employment legislation through the sourcing and selection process.
- Working with reward team conducting benchmarking exercises.
- Responsible for managing the applicant tracking system.
- Manage internal & redeployment resourcing processes.

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Skills:

- Previous broad recruitment experience
- Previous experience of managing the full recruitment life-cycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate
- Strong networker with excellent market knowledge.

This is a remote opportunity with the ability to really make a difference by adding value to both the organisation, the hiring managers needs and the transformation plans.

This role is paying up to £50,000pa plus an excellent bonus and benefits structure.
