This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands‑on product expertise to shape IMS's next‑generation solutions and maintain a competitive edge in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & VisionDefine and communicate IMS's product vision, strategy, and long‑term direction, ensuring alignment with business objectivesWork closely with engineering, design, and business teams to develop innovative solutions that meet market needsLead strategic product decisions based on customer insights, business impact, and market trendsDrive product innovation and maintain competitive positioning in the marketSet product prioritization frameworks and criteria to guide resource allocation decisionsProduct Development & RequirementsDefine comprehensive product requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteriaEstablish product quality standards and ensure adherence across all development activitiesCollaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable, and secure software solutionsOwn product backlog prioritization and feature definition based on strategic value and business impactDefine priority order for all product initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer needsCross-Functional Collaboration & Go-to-MarketPartner with sales marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth product launches and market adoptionDefine and manage go‑to‑market strategies, ensuring product positioning and messaging resonate with target audiencesAct as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable development plansSupport sales enablement and customer engagement activitiesCustomer & Market InsightsEngage directly with customers, industry leaders, and partners to gather insights and validate product decisionsStay informed about competitive landscape, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive innovationDefine customer personas, use cases, and user journeys, ensuring products address real customer pain pointsConduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategyLeadership & Team DevelopmentLead and mentor the Product Team, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and growthSet clear goals and expectations, ensuring the team delivers against business and customer needsEncourage continuous learning and innovation, keeping the team up to date with industry best practicesDevelop product management capabilities and processes across the organizationProduct Performance & AnalyticsEstablish KPIs and success metrics to measure product impact, adoption, and performanceContinuously evaluate and refine product strategies based on customer feedback, market performance, and business prioritiesAnalyse product usage data and customer feedback to drive product improvementsMonitor product lifecycle performance and make data‑driven optimization decisionsEssential Qualifications & Experience10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleProven track record of defining xpwpeyx and executing product strategies in SaaS, telematics, mobility, or insurance technologyStrong experience in managing cross‑functional teams and delivering successful B2B/B2B2C software productsExpertise in product requirement definition, user story creation, and product specification developmentStrong analytical and data‑driven mindset, with experience using KPIs, customer insights, and market analysis to inform decisionsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to C‑suite executivesBonus QualificationsExperience working in a global product organization with multiple product lines\Knowledge of AI, IoT, and connected vehicle technologiesFamiliarity with product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)Background in growth‑focused product management, driving adoption and monetization strategiesOther Contextual InformationHybrid role, requiring in‑office presence for key meetings, product launches, and strategy sessionsSome travel may be required for customer visits, industry events, and executive presentationsMust be available for board updates, roadmap reviews, and leadership planning sessions#J-18808-Ljbffr
