Fca Auditor

**The Opportunity**:
We are currently recruiting for a Group Compliance Auditor to cover on a 6 Month fixed term basis. Field based, you will visit our dealerships and complete internal checks on finance related documents, providing feedback to our Compliance and Finance Manager.

To assist the Group Compliance Manager and Group Finance Manager in the monitoring and control of the Groups Finance and Insurance activities. Ensuring that the Group complies with legislation as defined by the Financial Conduct Authority and other regulatory bodies. This role will also work with the Data Protection Officer in the monitoring and control of the Group activities to ensure that the Group complies with exiting legislation as defined by the Data Protection Act.

**More about the role**:

- Visit sites to review sales files to ensure that the required documentation is recorded to meet FCA Rules and Regulations
- Provide feedback to dealerships on audit outcomes
- Produce reports on weekly and monthly basis
- Co-ordinate training schedules for compliance activities
- Communication across the dealerships of compliance changes
- Co-ordinate training schedules for data protection activities
- Review compliance policies and procedures on a regular basis, update and roll out effectively where necessary
- Provide assistance to internal/external auditors
- Building and maintaining effective relationships across the business at all levels to promote good governance, risk management and controls
- Assist with due diligence and on-going compliance of FCA guidelines
- To provide compliance support to projects as required

**More about you**:

- Background in Sales Administration within a dealership
- Good understanding of FCA compliance and guidelines
- Be familiar with loan and purchase agreements and insurance documents
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience competing detailed reports
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal
