From leading annual reward cycles to driving high-impact initiatives like job mapping, benchmarking, and M&A integrations, this is your chance to make a measurable difference in how we reward, retain, and recognise talent across DAZN.If you thrive on combining operational delivery with complex project work — and want to influence reward strategy in a fast-paced, global business — this is the role for you.What You'll Be DoingLead the UK Annual Salary Review (ASR) and bonus processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.Manage global job evaluation, benchmarking, and re-grading projects (e.g. WTW), providing analysis to support data-driven reward decisions.Oversee global benefits and recognition programmes, including vendor management, renewals, and programme improvements.Support the delivery and administration of long-term incentive plans (LTI) and retention programmes.Drive reward and benefits workstreams within M&A integrations (c.1,500 employees).Prepare UK Gender Pay Gap reporting and ensure readiness for the EU Pay Transparency Directive.Support employment tax compliance, including PSA and STBV reporting.Continuously review and improve processes, tools, and employee/manager experience across reward.Partner closely with HRBPs, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery.What You'll BringSignificant experience in reward and benefits management within a global business.Proven track record leading annual reward cycles and global benefits programmes.Strong knowledge of job evaluation, benchmarking, and grading methodologies.Experience supporting M&A integrations and harmonising reward policies.Familiarity with UK employment tax compliance and related reporting obligations.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.Excellent stakeholder management and vendor management skills.Leadership capability with experience managing and developing people.Knowledge of UK Gender Pay Gap reporting and awareness of EU Pay Transparency Directive.BenefitsBenefits include access to DAZN, 25 days’ annual leave (increasing by 3 days after 3 years), private medical insurance, life assurance, pension contributions up to 5%, family friendly community including enhanced parental leave, electric vehicle benefit option, free access for you and one other to our workplace mental health platform app (Unmind), learning and development resources, opportunity for flexible working, and access to our internal speaker series and events. xpwpeyx Employment detailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Human ResourcesNotes: Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at DAZN.
