Communicate the “why” and “how” of change with clarity, fostering engagement and commitment to our shared journey.Manage the People Side of Change: Analyse and understand the impact of change on people to craft tailored communications, deliver impactful training, and cultivate a culture of transparency, adaptability, and continuous improvement.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.Job Knowledge/Education and QualificationsRecognised Change Expertise: You hold a formal qualification in change management (such as Prosci or equivalent), backed by a strong track record of designing and delivering change strategies in large, fast-paced, and complex global organisations.Commercially Minded, Strategically Driven: With deep expertise in change management and strong commercial awareness, you act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable change plans that deliver real impact.Project Leadership with Purpose: You thrive in ambiguity, juggle competing priorities with ease, and build strong stakeholder relationships that drive engagement and momentum.Tools That Drive Change: You’re proficient in MS Office and know how to select the right tools to communicate effectively, secure stakeholder buy-in, and support change adoption.
