As a Barclays Change Delivery Lead, your role will be a leadership role in Scotland, which will support the Global Markets Operations (GMO) team, to successfully manage the delivery of a varied strategic and tactical program of work, leveraging in-house expertise spanning our geographic locations, and will include Regulatory driven change and Operational Excellence programs.

We are currently operating in a hybrid working environment, meaning that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager.
**What will you be doing?**:
- Managing the successful delivery of overarching change projects and program
- Implementing sustainable solutions in response to external regulatory requirements
- Deploying recognised project management tools and techniques to transform global operational processes
- Deputising for the Scotland Delivery Lead when required
- Working effectively with enabler colleagues, such as Technology and other service providers
- Building solid positive relationships with colleagues across all stakeholder groups in the GMO community to embed sustainable change
**What we’re looking for**:
- Demonstrable ability to collaborate and facilitate skills to maximize stakeholder contributions and engagement
- High resiliency and resourcefulness, along with being comfortable delivering both individual and team objectives
- Proven ability to understand and absorb multiple demands and tasks and across a matrix environment, as well as being able to prioritise accordingly to lead resolution of issues
**Skills that will help you in the role**:
- Proven success in delivering business change across large scale operational processes
- Broad knowledge or experience of Investment Banking products and processes
- Proven ability to interpret, draw conclusions from data and communicate findings in a clear and convincing manner to stakeholders
