We are now looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive to join our Ford team representing a brand that continues to lead in innovation, performance and reliability.This is more than a job it is your opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a supportive, family-run business.What you'll be doingProvide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all customers that come through the door and over the phone.Build genuine rapport to understand your customers needs - turning conversation into business.Match relevant products to the needs of your customers, presenting applicable features and benefits.Accurately appraise used cars offered in part exchange.Organise and carry out professional and proficient demonstrations and test drives.Negotiate a successful close, overcoming any objections through understanding the benefits and features of all products available.Identify sources of potential new and used car customers for your franchise and business.Carry out prospecting activities on a regular basis with confidence.Ensure that all vehicles are presentable and ready for inspection by your customers, including your own company car.Display all vehicles to brand standard with the right price and specification details.Maintain your digital diary and use both our customer relationship and dealership management tools accurately and efficiently.What we're looking forSome experience as a Sales Executive within the automotive industry is preferred but not always essential, however, a passion for cars isConfidence, enthusiasm and excellent communication skillsA willingness to work weekends (because that's when our customers love to shop)A full UK driving licenceIf you've got the drive, we've got the trainingWe ask all our colleagues to demonstrate our core values of care, accountability, performance, respect and integrity.Why Vospers?We are more than just a car dealership we are a family-run business with a strong reputation across the Southwest.
