This is an exceptional prospect for an ambitious, values‑driven leader to shape a new provision from the ground up.About the RoleWe are seeking an inspirational Head of School to establish and lead our new SEMH/SEND offer. You will work in close partnership with Edintervention’s Director of Education to ensure our therapeutic ethos, relational practice, and commitment to inclusive, aspirational education is embedded in everything we do.ResponsibilitiesProvide strong, visionary leadership across the provisionFurther develop and lead an already established high‑performing staff teamCultivate and embed an ambitious, well‑sequenced curriculumEnsure outstanding safeguarding, behaviour and wellbeing systemsUse data and evidence to drive improvement from day oneDevelop meaningful partnerships with families, external agencies and the communityEnsure full compliance with Ofsted’s recently revised framework (ISS school standards compliance)About YouWe welcome applications from leaders with experience in specialist SEMH/therapeutic settings, AP, or strong SEND leadership in mainstream.
