Within this role, you would work 2 days per week in our London office and the remaining days at home.Position Overview:We are looking for an exceptional Senior Director of Product to join our studio and to drive the product business strategy for our next exciting Shooters project. You will use a combination of excellent analytical abilities, mobile free to play expertise, business acumen, and critical thinking to build and evolve immersive experiences to keep players engaged.You will have a proven track record of owning and delivering large scale experiences to players that raise the bar from an innovation and player experience perspective.What You'll Do:As part of the game leadership team, define and drive the game’s business strategy and build a robust product roadmap for development and post-launch live operationsYou will lead and manage a team of high calibre Product Managers, supporting their career development, and maximizing their impact through coaching and process improvementsWork closely with a multidisciplinary team (Design, Art, Production, Engineering & Analytics) to design, scope and implement core features that result in an outstanding gameplay experience for our players and positively influence key metricsYou will drive user and competitive research, and ensure that product decisions are based on in-depth data analysis and an understanding of the market and playersEffectively champion product vision & strategy, monitor product progression through completion of milestones, and partner with other key disciplines including Analytics, Consumer Insights and MarketingBuild knowledge and understanding of data driven insights within the rest of the team through regular communication and the creation of meaningful dashboards and reportsExpected to provide business cases and ROI analysis based on in depth analysis and demonstrate how that analysis impacts business metrics and overall P&LBe a player championWhat You Bring:Product Management experience in game development, with a consistent track record in shipping titles, managing live operations, balancing in-game economies and leading Product Management teamExperience working on shooter and/or RPG titlesExperience with new game development from concept stage through to worldwide launchExperienced at articulating product vision, driving team-wide and studio-wide cross discipline alignment and evangelizing the vision to key stakeholdersAbility to provide clear direction, set measurable goals and give insight on industry trendsIdentify areas of growth ranging from acquisition funnel and in- game optimisationsBuild knowledge and understanding of data driven insights through regular communication and the creation of meaningful dashboards and reportsStrong passion for games, creating fun and compelling user experiencesBonus Points:Previous experience with leading product for a AAA StudioPassion for and in-depth knowledge of ARPG mid-core and hardcore genres and other FTP titles in these categoriesWhat We Offer You:Competitive salary and discretionary annual bonus scheme6 months fully paid maternity/adoption leave. xpwpeyx 16 weeks fully paid paternity leave (eligibility criteria applies)Pension plan with a double matching employer contribution (capped at 8%)Private medical & dental insurance and healthcare cash planLife insurance, personal accident insurance and income protectionMental health and neurodiversity support programsCompany Employee Stock Purchase Plan (eligibility criteria applies)Fitness reimbursement plan worth £600 per annumWeekly happy hours, seasonal parties and monthly social eventsAnnual rail season ticket advance and cycle to work schemeWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, which means we are committed to creating and celebrating diverse thoughts, cultures, and backgrounds throughout our organization.
