Senior Director Product Management Consumer Products

Job DescriptionAs a Senior Director, Product Management Consumer Products at Publicis Sapient, you will act as your clients’ trusted advisor in leading the overall business solution, vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for a specific digital product, or products, within an engagement. You will collaborate with clients within the Consumer Products industry undertaking major Digital Business Transformation (DBT) engagements to understand their business, end-customer needs, and then constantly deliver value with fast increment cycles.QualificationsWhat We’re Looking ForExtensive experience in B2C and B2B consumer goods, either in consulting or in-house with leading brandsProven success creating and launching large digital products and solutions - from vision and strategy to deliveryDeep understanding of Agile, Lean, and continuous delivery principles, with experience leading Program Increment (PI) cyclesStrong experience working with multi-disciplinary teams on customer-focused products and services, including stakeholder managementCommercially minded - able to define financials, ROI, KPIs, and forecasts to guide decisionsPassionate about innovation, continuous improvement, and inspiring teams to embrace changeWhat Sets You ApartDeep insight into consumer goods trends, business models, and success factorsRelevant product or program management certifications (e.g. SAFe, PMP, IPMA)Additional InformationA Tip from the Hiring ManagerA successful Senior Director, Product Management at Publicis Sapient combines leadership skills,rooted in customer centricity, with tactical product management skills to drive the client andteam in releasing parallel multiple program increments every 10-12 weeks (or applicablefrequency at client s organization)Company DescriptionPublicis Sapient is a digital transformation partner helping established organizations get to their future, digitally enabled state, both in the way they work and the way they serve their customers.
