You’ll build and manage partnerships with affiliates, supercharge their performance, and ensure that affiliate marketing delivers measurable impact. Reporting to the EVP of Marketing, you will work cross‑functionally to make DAZN the most attractive brand for affiliates and the first choice for fans globally.What You’ll Be Doing:Define and execute a global affiliate marketing strategy driving scalable subscriber growth.Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key affiliates and networks worldwide.Develop new strategic integrations with media publishers, influencers, specialist interest sites and brands that drive maximum levels of acquisitionOptimize performance through rigorous analysis, testing, and innovation.Own tracking, attribution, and compliance frameworks ensuring high‑quality traffic.Manage budgets, commission schemes, and incentives with strong ROI focus.Partner with regional marketing teams to tailor approaches by market.Report on performance, insights, and opportunities to senior leadership.Lead, develop, and inspire a growing team.What You’ll Bring:Proven track record leading affiliate marketing programs in fast‑paced, digital‑first organizations.Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience managing high‑value partnerships.Deep understanding of affiliate tracking technologies, attribution, and optimization techniques.Ability to analyse large data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.Experience in subscription services and/or OTT environments preferred.Strong leadership skills with ability to hire, mentor and develop talent.Global mindset with knowledge of regional differences and market nuances.Results‑driven, entrepreneurial, and highly organised. xpwpeyx BenefitsBenefits include access to DAZN, 25 days’ annual leave (increasing by 3 days after 3 years), private medical insurance, life assurance, pension contributions up to 5%, family friendly community including enhanced parental leave, electric vehicle benefit option, free access for you and one other to our workplace mental health platform app (Unmind), learning and development resources, opportunity for flexible working, and access to our internal speaker series and events.#J-18808-Ljbffr
