The Role As Head of Affiliate Marketing at DAZN, you’ll drive our acquisition engine by developing a world‑class global affiliate program. You’ll build and manage partnerships with affiliates, supercharge their performance, and ensure that affiliate marketing delivers measurable impact. Reporting to the EVP of Marketing, you will work cross‑functionally to make DAZN the most attractive brand for affiliates and the first choice for fans globally. What You’ll Be Doing Define and execute a global affiliate marketing strategy driving scalable subscriber growth. Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key affiliates and networks worldwide. Develop new strategic integrations with media publishers, influencers, specialist interest sites and brands that drive maximum levels of acquisition Optimize performance through rigorous analysis, testing, and innovation. Own tracking, attribution, and compliance frameworks ensuring high‑quality traffic. Manage budgets, commission schemes, and incentives with strong ROI focus. Partner with regional marketing teams to tailor approaches by market. Report on performance, insights, and opportunities to senior leadership. Lead, develop, and inspire a growing team. What You’ll Bring Proven track record leading affiliate marketing programs in fast‑paced, digital‑first organizations. Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience managing high‑value partnerships. Deep understanding of affiliate tracking technologies, attribution, and optimization techniques. Ability to analyse large data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies. Experience in subscription services and/or OTT environments preferred. Strong leadership skills with ability to hire, mentor and develop talent. Global mindset with knowledge of regional differences and market nuances.
