This position blends hands‑on nursing with leadership, coordination and training responsibilities.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing the day‑to‑day efficiency of clinical procedure areasWorking collaboratively with other Heads of Areas to optimise nursing team workflowSupporting Student Veterinary Nurses, including guidance with NPL progress logs and off‑the‑job learning hoursParticipating in all practical nursing aspects of Imaging, Dentistry and Non‑Sterile ProceduresWorking alongside certificate‑holding Veterinary Surgeons and liaising with external specialists when requiredManaging stock levels, equipment maintenance, and ensuring accurate record‑keepingIdentifying and researching new equipmentStaying up‑to‑date with CPD and best clinical practicesAbout You:This role is suited to a confident and experienced RVN looking to step into a leadership position.
