If so, we have an exciting opportunity in London for a Head of Clinical Operations to work for one of our clients who is UK’s largest provider of plastic surgery and cosmetic treatments. They strive to provide the best possible customer experience available,while delivering an unparalleled level of satisfaction with end results and top-level medical competency.

Our client is offering a salary of £100,000 depending on experience.

**As the Head of Clinical Operations your responsibilities would include**:

- Responsibility for implementing clinical policies and procedures to enable the provision of a high-quality service
- Supervise the site management teams to ensure integrity
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for operational services
- Develop and deliver high quality, evidence based in-patient service in a changing environment
- Set monitor, and evaluate the standard of care and practice provided
- Ensure that all information is accessible to only authorised personnel and is stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act
- Contribute to the development and amendment of policies and practice
- Attend and report on regular meetings
- Responsible for the management of the admission processes and patient management
- Responsible for dealing with complaints and reporting as well as making initial investigations of complaints, incidents and near misses
- Help ensure compliance with all appropriate regulatory, professional, and best practice frameworks
- Enable and encourage team members to expand and develop their own competencies
- Ensure that all clinical and other information is gathered, stored, and passed on to relevant hospital service/personnel, as well as external agencies

**Head of Clinical OperationsPerson Specification**:

- 5 years senior management experience within a healthcare environment
- Experience of clinical stock management and audit
- Experience in budget analysis and management
- Evidence of involvement in strategic development
- Able to work under pressure
- Evidence of change management
- Able to manage and lead a multi-skilled team
- Strong IT skills
- Committed to excellent client care
