You will drive the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and execution of partnerships that complement or extend our product suite. The partnerships may take the form of delivery outsourcing, subcontracting/licensing, or deep product integrations—and are critical to scaling our offering in both capability and reach.OPPORTUNITIESPartnership Strategy & AssessmentCollaborate with the Product Strategy team and product directors to identify functionality or service areas where build vs. partner decisions must be made.Evaluate market needs, internal priorities, and competitive positioning to guide partnership strategy.Lead partner/vendor scouting, assessment, and due diligence across capability, commercial viability, and alignment.End – to End Partner ExecutionOwn the full lifecycle of product partnerships:Opportunity validationBusiness case developmentPartner selectionTerm sheet negotiationSolution definitionImplementation modelWork closely with legal, procurement, and finance teams to finalize commercial agreements and partnership objectives.Productization & IntegrationDefine and drive the end-to-end productization of partnerships—from integration design to support models.Ensure partnerships are aligned with our platform architecture, scalability, and product roadmap.Collaborate with engineering, product management, and delivery to bring integrated offerings to life.Go to Market & Sales EnablementDevelop sales strategy and go-to-market (GTM) plans for the new partner-integrated offerings.Coordinate pilot customers or early adopters to validate solution-market fit.Create internal enablement materials and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to launch offerings effectively.Ongoing Governance & OptimizationMonitor partnership performance and value realization.Support governance and partner management routines to ensure continued alignment and delivery quality.Identify opportunities for deeper collaboration or expansion.SKILLSYou should have experience in strategic partnerships, product strategy, or business development—ideally within enterprise software or fintech.You should have Strong experience with vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and partner onboarding.You should have proven track record of bringing new solutions or integrations to market through third-party partnerships.You should have ability to think strategically and execute tactically across multiple teams and functions.You should have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.You should have experience in core banking or financial software ecosystems.You should have familiarity with delivery partner models, licensing agreements, and technical integration best practices.You should have a background in business, strategy, or product leadership.VALUESCare deeply about building trust, credibility, and long-term relationships—both with our internal and external stakeholders.Commit to the success of our products and the delivery of impactful results aligned with Temenos' strategic objectives.Collaborate with ambition, focus, and self-motivation to uphold the highest standards of excellence.
