About the Role Due to continued growth and an expanding order book, we are now seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join their production team.Below covers everything you need to know about what this opportunity entails, as well as what is expected from applicants.Key Responsibilities Manufacture precision components using instructions and data supplied within production packs.Ensure all documentation and work output comply with required quality standards.Work to production schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time.Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing.Verify finished components meet dimensional and technical specifications.Operate and use precision measurement equipment such as micrometres, calipers, dial indicators and various gauges.Health, Safety & Environmental Responsibilities Take personal responsibility for your own safety and that of your colleagues.Follow all company health, safety and environmental procedures at all times.Report hazards, unsafe behaviours, near-misses and incidents promptly.Maintain a clean and safe working environment and ensure correct use of PPE.Participate in mandatory training, drills and ongoing wellbeing initiatives.Contribute towards continuous improvement in safety, sustainability, waste reduction and environmental performance.Support responsible use of materials, energy efficiency, and recycling procedures.Person Specification Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.Able and willing to work 12-hour shifts.Apprenticeship-trained or time-served machinist (preferred).GCSE Grade C / Level 4 or above in English and Mathematics (or equivalent).Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.Capable of managing your own workload and meeting deadlines.Experience in both Milling and Turning is essential.Benefits Generous annual leave allowance totalling 264 hours, inclusive of public holidays.An additional day's leave granted to celebrate your birthday.Option to flex your holiday entitlement by purchasing or selling up to 5 days each year (dependent on shift rota).Competitive pension scheme with 5% employer contributions.Complimentary hot drinks available throughout the workplace.Life cover provided at a value of twice your annual salary.Structured annual appraisal process to support development and progression.Two partially funded company social events held annually.Access to a cycle to work programme.Employee discounts and technology purchase schemes available.Health and wellbeing plan included as part of the employment package.£500 referral incentive for introducing successful new starters (paid upon completion of their probation period).Entry into a monthly company prize draw. xpwpeyx At Adept Resourcing- Commercial & Engineering, we specialise in connecting companies with top talent that drives innovation, growth and success.With our industry expertise, extensive network and personalised approach, we're here to help you.d02fcfcb-6df4-40ee-95cf-3eb059ce3173
