In this role, you will provide strategic, technical, and advisory services across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality building surveys, technical due diligence, project monitoring, and consultancy advice to a broad range of clients.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected market leader and contribute to our continued growth across multiple national locations.Key Responsibilities Conduct building surveys, technical due diligence, and defect analysis for commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties. Prepare detailed technical reports and recommendations for clients, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and actionable outcomes. Deliver project monitoring and management for refurbishments, fit-outs, and capital improvement programs. Advise on compliance, sustainability, lifecycle costing, and asset management strategies. Support acquisition and disposal transactions by assessing building condition and associated risks. Collaborate with internal service lines (Valuation, Capital Markets, Property Management) to deliver integrated client solutions. Maintain strong client relationships and proactively identify opportunities to expand service offerings. Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, professional standards, and Newmark's quality procedures. Required Skills & ExperienceExperience in building consultancy, building surveying, or technical advisory services.Proven experience across multiple property sectors (office, industrial, retail, mixed-use).Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a national team.Strong report-writing skills with attention to detail.No fees shall be payable in connection with any candidate introduced by a third party without prior written agreement.We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Experienced Building Consultancy Professionals to join our growing national team.
