These roles offer an exciting opportunity to work with a wide variety of property types and client portfolios, with a focus on providing high-quality valuation services for financial reporting, secured lending, investment, and transactional purposes.Key Responsibilities: Undertake RICS-compliant property valuations across commercial, residential, and mixed-use assets.Prepare detailed and accurate valuation reports for a diverse client base including banks, funds, developers, and investors.Conduct market research and analysis to support valuation assumptions.Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on service excellence.Collaborate with other departments and regions within Newmark to support cross-functional projects and client needs.Ensure compliance with internal standards, RICS regulations, and client-specific requirements.Extensive Travel requiredCandidate Profile: Strong knowledge of UK regional property markets.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in Argus, Excel, and valuation software tools.Please note: We do not accept unsolicited introductions or CVs from third-party recruitment agencies.
