Job Description Job Title: Contract Management Advisor Salary: £30,609 rising to £31,809 as of April 2026 Location: Watford Hours: Full‑time Working pattern: Hybrid – at least 3 days per week (60%) at the Watford office. During training, new starters are required to work in the office 5 days a week until fully trained. What You’ll Need Provide exceptional customer service via first‑contact resolution, taking full accountability for the service you deliver, striving to exceed KPIs and SLAs through phone and email. Own any interaction through to completion, proactively chasing responses internally and externally where needed. Liaise with drivers, see things from their perspective, and deliver difficult messages while educating drivers. Manage internal and external systems, ensuring high attention to detail in keeping information accurate and up to date. Ensure all amendments are captured on the agreement and that we adhere to all employer‑specific details. Manage yourself with strong organisational and time‑management skills, and work effectively as part of a team. And Any Experience Of These Would Be Really Useful Salesforce is desirable but not essential. High attention to detail including numeric proficiency. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a polite and professional telephone manner. Able to handle conflict confidently. An inquisitive nature that asks questions about context and impact.
