Job Description Summary: Based in Watford Job Description Job Title: End of Contract Executive Salary: £30,609 rising to £31,809 from April 2026 Location(s): Watford Hours: Full-time Working Pattern: Hybrid – at least three days per week (60% of time) at the Watford office. New starters required to be in office 5 days a week during training. About This Opportunity To coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure a smooth experience at the end of a customer’s lease agreement with Tusker. Be responsible for the vehicle disposal process, including the issue of V5 documents. Maintain the re-marketing management system ensuring data is correct and accurate. Liaise with the internal Employee Engagement team regarding vehicle lease renewal contracts. About Us We’re on an exciting journey to transform our Group and the way we’re shaping finance for good… What You’ll Need Excellent verbal and written communication skills as you will be arranging vehicle collections, liaising with re-marketing partners to resolve any issues, dealing with customers, liaising with fleet managers and driver, and calculating/generating excess mileage and vehicle damage invoices. Excellent attention to detail and able to work to and meet deadlines. An effective team player and able to work effectively independently, providing excellent customer service. And Any Experience Of These Would Be Really Useful A knowledge of motor brands and an interest in the car industry. Experience of using Microsoft Office.
