This full-time position plays a crucial role in managing and administering complex civil construction contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. What you'll be doing Manage and maintain the head contract including progress claims, variations, extensions of time and general correspondence Source and engage credible and reliable suppliers and vendors Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors and suppliers Drafting and administration of subcontracts through to final account, including management of payment claims, variations and correspondence Month end cost reporting and forecasting Contribute to the tendering and negotiation process Working with all parties to ensure the best possible commercial outcome is achieved Maintain good working relationships with clients and subcontractors Timely invoicing and retrieval through relationship building Perform risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements Oversee and manage the systems that host the various contracts, track inventory, and the supply of goods Accountable for the timely execution and delivery of contracts What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within remote or commercial construction settings is essential Degree qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing project conditions What we offer At Exclusive Construction Machinery and Equipment, we pride ourselves on providing a supportive and collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional development and career progression.
