**What You’ll Do**:

- Liaising with external stakeholders, including Local Authorities, Traffic Management Community Bodies etc
- Supporting our contract partners and driving operational performance
- Co-ordinates with internal stakeholders, civils ancillary team, design team, wayleave team etc to align all activities.
- Ensures Openreach Engineering Principles and permit conditions are always adhered to.
- Ensuring and monitoring effective site operations and coordination of works compliant with NRSWA Act 1991 and Safety at Street Works and Road Works (A Code of Practice), HAUC UK, and HSEQ standards.
- Ensuring that works are carried out and completed within the limitations of the permit.
- Experienced in carrying out inspections/ auditing field operatives in safety procedures, specification and legislative compliance and performance Lead an effective team, ensuring that resource is fully utilised, and any contact demand is effectively covered
- Monitors individual employee & contractor performance on an ongoing basis.
- Proactively isolating and identify areas of improvement - driving resolve.
- Through using our workflow management tools and processes, report daily site progress, defects and site issues.
- Sign-off on completed works ensuring works are carried out to the required standards and specifications.
- Feedback accurate site measurements of completed works
- Ensure that sites align to the programme agreed with the client and Entegro.

**What You’ll Need**:

- 3+ years in a similar position
- Must have previous experience of Telecom works on the Openreach network including Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA)
- Expert experience in telecoms civils, with strict adherence to Local Authority permit NRSWA, reinstatement, and SROH.
- Previous experience of supervision both internal teams and sub-contractors.
- NRSWA Supervisor accreditations
- SmartAwards: SA001, SA002, S6 & S7
- SMSTS or SSSTS accredited.
- Flexible and adaptable to work challenges and open to learn and develop skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work to a high standard consistently
- A high standard of written and spoken English
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team
- Willingness to travel as required
- Full drivers’ licence.
- Experience working with tablets / phones

- Knowledge and use of ArcGIS
- Previous cabling/fibre experience
