THE ROLE You will play a key role in delivering excellent client service and high-quality legal support. Providing day-to-day legal and administrative support to fee earners and acting as a key resource within the team. Undertaking legal research, using appropriate methods and sources, and presenting your findings accurately and promptly. Managing the team diary, tracking deadlines, and ensuring all milestones are met efficiently. Assisting with routine file management and other supervised legal processes. SKILLS REQUIRED Applications are sought from ambitious paralegals looking for a new challenge in their career. Previous experience in corporate finance would be advantageous. The ability to work collaboratively within a busy team, supporting colleagues as needed. A proactive and organised approach, with excellent attention to detail. High levels of IT literacy and accurate typing skills. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
