I am looking for an enthusiastic Junior Paralegal to join my client, an established law firm based in London specialising in financial claims including mis-sold PPI.

My client is a dynamic and growing law firm employing 70 people across its retail litigation team and is one of the leading firms in the country for Claimant work against major lenders and corporations. It aspires to grow significantly and is entering asustained period of expansion. The role represents the opportunity to join a business at its expansion point.

My client's litigation team has years of experience issuing claims in their specialist area, including the representation of clients in landmark cases.

I am looking for a passionate and hard-working and committed individual who is interested in acquiring work experience in a law firm as well as training in case work in a busy litigation team.

**Key Duties**:

- Review routine legal documents, check documents in preparation for issuance
- Create and maintain case files
- Conduct legal research and identify cases within scope.
- Conduct thorough due diligence prior to issuing cases.
- Ability to work unsupervised; anticipate and solve problems.

**What we are looking for**:

- 3+ years working as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in the UK
- LLB degree
- Good Excel understanding of Microsoft 365 package (Outlook, Word, Teams, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised; anticipate and solve problems
