This role will see you supporting both compliance and business teams, ensuring the smooth running of operations within a licensed insurance environment. You’ll be a key link between internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulators, managing a variety of compliance, reporting, and administrative tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesCompile and upload monthly insurance bordereaux.Prepare Netherlands insurance tax reports (reporting only).Manage portal access and uploads for both internal and partner platforms.Process partner invoices and statements, including payments.Manage entity-level corporate payments.Oversee Professional Indemnity Insurance renewals.Monitor shared mailboxes, directing queries to relevant stakeholders.Handle DocuSign processes for contracts and approvals.Act as the main point of contact for brokers.Coordinate group policy renewals.Support multiple regulatory position applications and Board appointments.About YouWe’re looking for someone who brings a precise, organised, and proactive approach, with strong experience in compliance and regulatory environments.
