Compliance Coordinator Location: Hackney, London Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 About The Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative support, ensuring compliance processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with internal teams and subcontractors to maintain standards and meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Manage the compliance inbox and process requests and documentation accurately. Update tracking documents and process tasks from service completion to billing stage. Liaise with internal engineering teams and contractors to ensure compliance. Schedule and monitor subcontractor visits, updating the client’s CAFM system. Ensure all works are planned and completed on time. Investigate and report on contractor performance. What We’re Looking For: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Teams, Outlook, and Excel. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience coordinating and understanding Compliance in an FM environment. An approachable and helpful demeanor with excellent attention to detail.
