You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care to achieve the very best in patient outcomes.We can offer you the chance to develop and maintain your knowledge and skills whilst working on a supportive unit. The Trust offers a comprehensive training and support package for staff joining our local hospitals.
