There is no minimum number of hours you’re required to work, though it is recommended to work as often as you can to ensure your induction knowledge and familiarity with the service is retained. Weekdays, nights and weekend shifts are regularly available, which are easy to view and book through an app. Within a few taps you’ll have the nursing shifts secured with Elysium that you want. Whether your nursing experience is from the NHS or private sector, you can join the team as a Bank Nurse with an hourly rate that includes a 12.07% uplift to cover annual leave, plus have access to a range of benefits including free meals on duty, free parkingand much more. - The safety of our service users and colleagues is our priority and as such we encourage and support vaccination uptake as this remains the best line of defence against COVID-19._ **What you will be doing**: As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) you will provide high-quality evidence-based care to men and women with mental health conditions in a modern and purpose-built hospital, while supporting your colleagues andpromote good teamwork, as you’re supported. The service operates 24/7 with 12.5 hour standard shifts. You will work as part of the multidisciplinary team to support people who display behaviours of concern and pose challenges for services, including those with highly complex and severe challenging behaviour. Bradley Complex Care is located in Bradley, Grimsby,and North East Lincolnshire. The location provides a more relaxed local environment than a busy inner-city setting, which supports service users engaging in their therapeutic programme, thus increasing the pace of recovery and speeding up discharge. **What you will get**: - Hourly rate of up to £17.72 Plus 12.07% holiday allowance uplift - Two-week paid induction
