Symplicity’s products cover career services, advising, student conduct and campus life as well as housing and residence life.Symplicity is currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to take a leading role in the UK Region. The RSM role will report directly to the VP of International and reside within that region. The RSM will be charged with identifying and closing sales opportunities with the clients managed within their assigned territory, such as contract renewals, up-sells, cross-sells, etc. Additionally they will provide a high level of quality of service to our clients. They will need to demonstrate solution-selling skills and effectively manage internal relationships with the Sales and Client Services departments to ensure complete client satisfaction and meet sales objectives. We’re looking for a talented, driven individual with great energy, passion and initiative to drive awareness and new business acquisition for Symplicity’s international division. The Regional Sales Manager role focuses exclusively on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition.ResponsibilitiesAggressively prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipelineClose business to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual bookings objectivesBuild strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunitiesWork closely with Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfactionSell a complete solution of software, services and support to ensure customer successWork with Marketing to conduct seminars, trade shows and other marketing related eventsQualifications5+ years’ experience selling enterprise technology in a competitive marketExperience selling into Higher Ed a plusGoal oriented, with a track record of overachievementDriven – possesses a strong desire to be successfulDisciplined – skilled in managing time and resources; sound approach to qualifying opportunitiesIntelligent – possesses aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibilityMust live in territoryJoining Symplicity is a chance to:Get in on the ground floor of a high-growth company with a strong presence in United Kingdom.Sell an established portfolio of products.
