Overview We’re hiring for an Applications Support Analyst (Acturis) to support our core insurance platforms, ensuring seamless operations across the business. Working within a dynamic environment and closely with the Senior Analyst, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for application-related support and change requests, particularly within insurance broker management systems. Responsibilities Supporting employees via phone, in-person, or other channels, ensuring excellent service and thorough documentation Assisting with application issues, future acquisitions and business integrations Logging and managing incidents and service requests using enterprise-level ticketing systems Supporting application integration, data migration and onboarding processes during acquisitions Qualifications / Skills Experience supporting end users including insurance accounts, claims and finance handlers Troubleshooting skills with escalation to third-party providers as needed Strong Acturis platform knowledge and understanding of data structures preferred Proficiency with enterprise-level service desk systems Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to train others, share knowledge, take initiative and work dependably Who is NFP?
