IT Support Analyst needed for my client in Wolverhampton, this role is office based with some occasional trips to other sites. You will have an excellent opportunity to join a growing IT Team, very good benefits provided and lots of training to progressyou to the next stage of your career. Once you have settled there is an option for Hybrid working.

You must be able to drive for this position.

This role would suit someone who has a couple of years IT Support experience and is looking to progress their career.

Job requirements:

- Monitor and maintain the firm’s computer systems and networks.
- diagnose hardware/software faults and resolve appropriately
- troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults;
- replacing parts as required;
- providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
- setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues in active directory;
- responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
- working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate);
- prioritising and managing many open cases at one time;
- rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals
- This role will from time to time require out of office hours working to ensure downtime and disruption is minimised
- Able to drive as sometimes site visits will be required
- Able to work as part of a team and also sometimes on your own
