We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join the Events and Social Media Department at one or more of our London sites. The role will include daytime, evening and weekend work and reports to the Senior Events Manager.CompanyAn iconic events brand, Boxpark delivers over 2,500 events a year across the estate with cutting‑edge music concerts, electric football fan‑parks, mass‑participation fitness classes, drag brunches, bingo, Lit Sync battles, poetry nights, fashion shows and even Mexican wrestling. All while capturing and distributing the content within the house.RoleEvents & Social Media Manager – responsible for managing day‑to‑day social media and event operations, ensuring seamless execution and engaging online presence.Key ResponsibilitiesEvent calendar planning & programmingSourcing new events and productionsOverseeing ticket sales and announcing plansLiaising with promoters and clientsCreating and delivering social media campaignsTechnical setups and maintenanceAtmosphere managementClear communication with operations, design and marketing departmentsBudget management, P&L creation and reportingCampaign management and ROI/P&L deliveryWeekly reporting and target reviewsManaging an Events & Social Media AssistantCollaboration with marketing and graphics teamsWorking alongside tenants on event plansManaging the production and execution of eventsManaging local business network relationshipsThe CandidateMust have a firm understanding of the events and social media marketing landscape, excellent communication skills and the desire to learn. Keen interest in events, with the desire to take on all types of tasks within an events environment. A strong network of promoters and events professionals is also required.Knowledge of social platforms in the context of strategy, maximising engagement and planning is essential. The successful candidate will be confident, articulate, highly motivated and possess a huge desire to learn.
