About the Role

We're looking for a
Social Media Manager
who's ready to help shape Huddle's voice and community from the ground up. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves sport, knows how to tell a story online, and wants to help define how a young brand connects with athletes, schools, parents and fans worldwide.

You'll lead the day-to-day running of Huddle's social channels, helping to craft and execute our digital content strategy across web and social including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. You'll work closely across all teams to produce engaging, on-brand, platform-native content that celebrates and elevates elite youth sport.

This is a rare opportunity to help build a brand's digital presence from the ground up, with the freedom to test, learn, and grow alongside the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support with development and lead on execution of Huddle's digital content and social strategy across core platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Website; expanding to others as we grow).
  • Own day-to-day content planning, scheduling, publishing, and community management.
  • Collaborate with our creative team and production partners to brief in and produce engaging video, photo and written content.
  • Support with management of external creatives including videographers and photographers to ensure deliverables align with requirements and specifications.
  • Capture live content alongside external content creators at Huddle's events and training camps - from behind-the-scenes moments to highlight reels.
  • Stay close to trends in sport and youth culture to keep Huddle's content fresh and relevant.
  • Write captions, video scripts and short form copy that feel natural, confident, and authentic to our brand tone.
  • Track performance across platforms, analyse engagement data, and share insights to guide future strategy.
  • Support sponsorship and partnership campaigns through content delivery and audience engagement.
  • Play a key role in developing the look, feel and tone of Huddle's social channels as we expand internationally.

What You'll Bring

  • At least
    2 years' experience
in a social media or content role (agency, sport, brand, or production background all welcome).
  • A genuine passion for
    sport
    , particularly

    .
  • Proven experience growing audiences and engagement on major social platforms.
  • Strong creative instincts - you know what good content looks like and how to make it perform.
  • Confident with social tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Later, Canva or similar).
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with an eye for tone, timing and visual detail.
  • A proactive mindset - comfortable owning projects from start to finish, working flexibly, and rolling up your sleeves.
  • Willingness to travel and work at live events (some evenings and weekends required).

Why Join Huddle

You'll be joining at an exciting time - early enough to make a real mark, but with the backing of a team that's already delivering standout events and involved with serious partnerships. You'll work closely with the founding team, have a real voice in shaping our digital strategy, and see your ideas come to life on some of the most inspiring youth sport stages in the world.
